Complete fit-out of 14 floors (380 rooms, 180,000 square feet) of one wing of the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Birmingham.

SPECIFICATIONS:

• New systems include (380) new vertical stacked HW & CHW FCUs
• Thirteen duct mounted reheat coils
• refurbish two existing AHUs
• Partial replacement of existing HW & CHW risers
• New ductwork
• New plumbing systems include partial replacement of existing waste and water risers with new, new in-wall, (1,173) new fixtures
• Domestic water piping, and waste & vent piping.
