Phased renovation of an existing 70,000 square foot occupied 18-story office building with upgrades of mechanical and plumbing systems.

- HVAC work included complete upgrades and re-routing of the condenser water, chilled water, and heating water systems

- New chilled water system & modified heating and condenser water systems
- Two new 430-ton water cooled chillers
- Four new 1,030 gpm CHW pumps,
- 17 new 12,000 cfm air handling units
- Five new mini-splits
- Three new VRF systems
- 45 new VAV boxes
- Plumbing work included complete renovation & relocation of the existing restrooms
- Rework of the existing waste & vent piping and domestic water piping
