• 132 New VRF indoor units, 14 rooftop ERUs, three rooftop OSAs, 16packaged RTUs, 17 mini-splits, 183 air purification units
• One MAU, new ductwork, refrigerant piping, drain piping.
• Demolition of existing piping and fixtures
